ALL entry forms must be submitted by November 22, 2024 

All fees go towards future parade improvements and events.

Cardio Drumming - Fall I 2024

UPDATE! - The second session of cardio drumming will be moved to Tuesdays. This is to avoid moving class around holidays. 

The class is at 6:30 PM in the Civic Hall. Classes will now be in 6 week sessions with a greatly reduced cost!

Session 1: 9/26 -10/31 

Fee: $30

Session 2: 11/19 - 12/17

Fee: $25

Drop ins are welcome but fees must be paid in person at class. Drop in fee is $7.

Cardio drumming is a form of exercise that utilizes drumming movements. It can be practiced by nearly all individuals and does not require drumming experience. The exercise involves using drumsticks to hit an exercise ball placed on a bucket, while listening to upbeat music.

Cardio drumming combines an aerobic workout with drumming movements, giving you numerous health benefits. Cardio drumming is a low-impact workout that people of all ages and fitness levels can do. It can also be modified for people with injuries or other limitations.

We have all the equipment so all you need to do is bring yourself!
