Other Fees

• Jersey + Field Fee is added at time of registration; jersey and hat are the player's to keep at end of season
• Late Fee: Enrollment on March 1 and after includes a late fee of $20 per family
• SEPLL is 100% volunteer run: our coaches, umpires, and scorekeepers all help to provide an enjoyable, safe, and affordable experience for our children. If you're interested in volunteering, then you are qualified! Under the Coaches and Umpires menus on our website, you'll find resources to help you learn the skills and responsibilities to serve our community. For those unable to volunteer, SEPLL asks for a $30 volunteer opt-out fee to help further defray the costs of running our organization.

Discounts

• Early Bird Discount: Enroll by Thursday, December 14, 2023 for a fee reduction of $20 per family
• For families registering more than one child, SEPLL offers a substantial discount at all levels:
• one child: $130 enrollment + jersey fee
• two children: $200 enrollment + jersey fees
• three or more children: $250 enrollment + jersey fees

Scholarships

SEPLL is committed to allowing every child the opportunity to play baseball or softball. We firmly believe that no child shall be turned away due to financial concerns. Please see the Kirk Huffstetler Memorial Scholarship Fund for more information.

Refund Schedule

• Prior to the release of team rosters (on or about March 11), we will offer full refunds of registration fees, less a $5 service fee if paid via debit or credit card.
• After Roster Release: refund of 50% of registration fee
• After Opening Day: no refunds will be given, with exceptions available for injury
