Week 1 Courts

Week 1 Scores

Please review the following procedures dictating how we will utilize TeamSideline for the Ladder Leagues:

• Please visit www.teamsideline.com/thewoodlandstownship to access the Ladder League website(s).  It is recommended that all participants bookmark this page for quick reference.
  
• Select the appropriate Ladder League tab on the top (grey) navigation panel.  Court Assignments can be found in the middle of the Ladder Page(s) under ‘Court Assignments’
  
• Previous scores/court assignments for the current season can be found at the bottom of each page under “Previous Results.”
  
• League Rules, League Roster, and sub lists (to be updated on Monday) can be found on the left-hand navigation panel under “Ladder Leagues.”
  
• Scores shall be submitted to tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov upon completion of League Play.
• Men’s – Scores must be submitted prior to noon on Wednesday.
• Women’s – Scores must be submitted prior to 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
  
• Scores will be posted to the website for participant review Thursday afternoon. 
• Any errors must be conveyed to tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov prior to the designated deadline.
• After the designated deadline all scores will stand as recorded.
  
• Court assignments will be developed based on recorded scores after noon on Thursday and posted on Friday unless otherwise noted by League Coordinator.
• Any errors in court assignments must be conveyed to tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov prior to the commencement of league play.
