Hoopers Basketball League - Winter 2026

Early Winter Season
Grades 2, 3, 4 & High School Divisions
Program Dates: November 10 - January 25
(Off Dates: 11/23-30, 12/22-1/4)

*Early Registration: 8/12 - 9/30
Regular Registration: 10/1 - 10/13
Late Registration is OPEN until teams are filled

Late Winter Season
Grades K, 1, 5, 6, 7/8 Divisions
Program Dates: January 25 - March 15
(Off Dates: 2/8)

*Early Registration: 8/12 - 12/1
Regular Registration: 12/2 - 12/19
Late Registration is OPEN until teams are filled

Sideout Volleyball 2025 - Fall 2025

**SEPTEMBER 22 - NOVEMBER 15**

NOTE: this registration is for Volunteer Coaches Only. Please do not register youth participants using this website. Youth participants registered via this website are not registered participants and roster spots will not be held for players registered incorrectly. See below for the link to register youth participants using our main registration system at www.NCPRD.com. 

Registration and Program Dates:

NCPRD Early Registration: Tuesday, July 15 - Sunday, August 17

Non-Resident Early Registration: Tuesday, July 22 - Sunday, August 17

Regular Registration:  Monday, August 18 - Sunday, September 7

NCPRD's recreational Sideout Volleyball program: COED Grades 1/2 and 3/4. Grades 5-8 Girls-only and Boys-only teams. Grades 1/2 practice and play games once a week in a 1-hour time frame. Grades 3/4 - 7/8 have one weeknight practice with matches on Saturdays. Practice locations are in Milwaukie, Happy Valley, & Clackamas. Uniform t-shirt included.
