HOCKEY IV INFORMATION
Mighty Mites and Steelhead Intermission Game @ CenturyLink Arena
This is it parents this is what they have worked hard to do. Mighty Mite Hockey in the Centurylink. Do not rush them to play league, let them have the spotlight during an intermission at a Steelhead game. Even Coach Wil goes crazy when his son, Jack, got his first goal at a Mighty Mite Steelhead game. (See Video of a little of whats in store for you child on Coach Wil's YouTube Channel) Coach Wil is happy that his sons goal came on a backhand shot too.
To participate you must be at Hockey Level IV or with the permission of the Hockey Coordinator. Parents receive free admission for themselves and the player to the game. Games are usually on Friday nights at 7PM. Your arrival time should be 6PM with your gear. The Staff Organizer will help you get into CenturyLink and then go down stairs to store your bag. During the first period of the Steelhead game a parent and player should head back down to the locker room to get dressed. Then wait in the tunnel staying out of the way of all the employees of Centurylink. Parents can follow their child out to the players box to watch their child play.
This is a longtime partnership we have had with the Steelhead Organization. They support our program and let us participate. There is not a connection or guarantee between the City Of Boise Program you registered for and the Steelhead Organization. We simply follow their rules and instruction.
The 2018/2019 season will be organized by Volunteer Janea Walker and her husband Bryon. You can reach her at; janeamwalker@hotmail.com 208-803-1721

Parents seem to ask can I continue with Hockey IV even though my child passed Hockey Level 4?
This answer is changing. In the past you could. Many parents continue with taking the Learn to Play class even for a year later. The cost is good where the player is getting over an half hour of skating instruction with certified Hockey Coaches. Plus they have a great time. However with the enrollment shooting over the moon. We can not make room for our dedicated families. This session we had a waiting list. We ask that you enroll in the ADM Nights or sign up for Hockey 3 and 4 Scrimmages.
