2026 K/1st/2nd Basketball - Winter I 2026

Our Kindergarten - 2nd grade basketball program begins registration on December 8th and runs through January 2nd. Cost is $40 for City residents and $50 for non-residents. Must be registered in a Kindergarten to participate in K league. 

Games are played Monday - Thursday evenings and on Saturday mornings. Practices will begin the 3rd week of January and games will run the 2nd week of February through the middle of March. 

This league is 5 v 5 games played full court on 8ft hoops. It is meant to be instructional and fun for all participants! 

As always, we are in need of volunteer coaches and team sponsors to make this program successful. If you are able or willing to meet one or both of these needs, please let us know. There are options to select one (or both) of these during the registration process for your child or it can be done separately by selecting the option on the front page of the website. Outdoor 3V3 Hockey - Winter 2025

We're excited to offer a cool new program! Outdoor 3v3 Hockey 'pond style'.

Games will be played Sunday mornings at CDA on Ice at McEuen Park, Avista Pavilion 504 E. Front Ave. CDA, ID. 

Session dates are 11/30, 12/7 and 12/14.

2 sessions every Sunday 9-9:45 A.M.and 9:45-10:30 A.M. Need a minimum of 6 players per session w/ a maximum of 12. Ages 18+ with exceptions, contact for approval. Click on More Info to see availability. 

You can register online or in person the day of. In person day of registration is cash only!

No Goalies, Skaters Only. Helmets, Gloves, and Skates are required. 

We are using pond nets, no shots in the air allowed, and no slapshots.

If registering online, please bring proof of online registration to your scheduled session.

Weather dependent cancellation (rinks decision if conditions do not allow operation only). 

Refunds only if there is a reason (ie. overbooked, chiller issues, malfunctions, extreme weather, etc) Weather alone should not constitute a refund.

If CDA On ICE declares the rink is open, no refunds.

The Christmas Classic 3-on-3 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT 
Bring the Heat to the Holidays!

Date: Saturday, December 20, 2025

Time: 9:00 AM – Until Champions Are Crowned
Location: Woodland Middle School

Divisions:

• Family (Ages 15+)

• Competitive/ Recreation Men's (18+)

Entry Fee: $150 per team
Team uniforms encouraged (holiday themes welcome!)

Details:

• Maximum team size of 4 players.
• Teams will play a Double Elimination schedule with championship play concluding late afternoon.
• Games will be self-officiated with a court supervisor on site to resolve any disputes.
