About Us

Our club prides itself on developing players through an age appropriate curriculum delivered by a professional coaching staff. We provide our players with opportunities and knowledge of the game and continually push them to fulfill their potential. EGSC is committed to challenging and nurturing our players to achieve their soccer goals. We believe in creating a competitive, engaging and most importantly an enjoyable learning environment to develop our players both on and off the field.

We focus on developing highly technical, creative players, that are encouraged to showcase their skills in an engaging competitive environment.

EGSC Boys Travel Soccer 

The boys travel teams currently play in the Young Sportsman’s Soccer League – YSSL. 

 The YSSL is affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation – USSF through the Illinois Youth Soccer Association – IYSA. ​ The travel soccer season runs from August to June of the following year. The outdoor travel soccer season has two (2) sessions, fall and spring. The fall session generally runs from August to November, while the spring session generally runs from April to June. EGSC teams, at their own discretion, are eligible to participate in an indoor soccer season.

EGSC Girls Travel Soccer 

The girls travel soccer teams play in the Illinois Women’s Soccer League – IWSL. The IWSL is affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation – USSF through the Illinois Youth Soccer Association. ​Travel soccer season runs from August to June of the following year. The outdoor travel soccer season has two (2) sessions, fall and spring. The fall session generally runs from August to November, while the spring session generally runs from April to June. EGSC teams, at their own discretion, are eligible to participate in indoor soccer sessions. All players must attend the tryouts in order to have a chance of making a team. You will need to fill out the form before you can try out.
