LEAGUE INFORMATION

NEED TO KNOW

  • Season Meets: March-May Ages range from 9-14yrs. (8 year old's may be waived up)
  • Four regular season meets
  • City-Wide Meet will be held at the end of the regular season

DIVISION BREAKDOWN

  • Youth athletes compete for themselves at their own level
  • Gymnasts may begin the season at the level passed in the previous season or the next level 
  • Gymnasts entering the program with USA Women's Development Compulsory Program Certification may be admitted at a level above level 2 with application to the citywide gymnastic director

*All meets will take place at Mona Moede Early Learning Center- the former North Star Gymnasium*. Enter through Door 10.

Recreation Fee Assistance

Please contact your local Recreation Center directly for Youth Sports League registration information and details

Only Minneapolis teams are eligible for Youth Sports programs 

80% of team members must live within Minneapolis city limits

Minneapolis residents who cannot afford instructional fees due to economic needs may apply for Recreation Fee Assistance

Candidates may apply through the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board Fee Assistance Program
