The Junior Park Explorers Camp is an excellent way for kids to learn about their local environment and unique wildlife! Our camp focuses on hands-on activities and outdoor exploration to foster an appreciation of nature and the outdoors. 

Who's ideal for this camp?

Ages 5-11 years old. 

Campers who enjoy the outdoors, nature, animals, hiking, navigation, exploring, and geocaching. 

The JPE Camp offers camp dates for different age groups.

5- 8 Year old - June 17th -20th 

All campers must be at least five years old as of January 2024 and potty trained.

8-11 Yeat old-  July 29th - August 1st

Cost:$80.00 per child 

(Includes a Camp T-shirt and Badge) 

Sibling Discount: $5.00

Early Drop off 7:30 am -$5.00 Additional 

Interested youth complete a series of activities during camp week, learn the Junior Explorer Pledge, and receive an official Junior Park Explorer Badge and Certificate. 

The camp is facilitated in Chambers Park. Campers will participate in activities 50% outdoors and 50% indoors. In case of inclement weather, campers will remain indoors.
