Submit an online Event Request Form. A Parks and Recreation team member will respond within five business days.
Submit a completed Event Request Application with all the supporting documents.
Once Steps One and Two are complete, a Parks and Recreation team member will contact you to make the final reservation. All requests are subject to approval.
