Program Format: Practices on Tuesday & Thursday evenings beginning Tuesday, August 20, 2024. Practice will be from 6:15 - 7:15 PM. The first game will be Tuesday, September 10 at 6:30 PM on Magna Field (Field 1) at the Matt Urban Recreation Complex.
Once games begin, we will cheer at the game on Tuesdays and hold normal practice on Thursdays.
Equipment Needed: Black shorts/pants and tennis shoes (Holland Recreation Cheer shirt is provided & a bow/hat).
Game/Practice Cancellations:
- If a game or practice is canceled due to inclement weather, you can check the cancellation page at this link --> Cancellation Updates
- Cancellations will be decided no later than an hour prior to the scheduled practice/game.

Picture Day: Pictures will be taken during practice on September 26. Please come to practice in your cheer shirt & bow, ready for pictures.
Game Schedule: The 1st & 2nd graders will regularly cheer on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM, beginning September 10, on Magna Field (Field 1) at Matt Urban Sports Complex.
End of Season Party: During the last practice, we will have an end of the season celebration. Pizza and refreshments will be provided. The cheer coaches have a fun activities and games planned for the team. The specific date is TBD.
