Winter Wrestling Clinic
Learn the proper techniques and skills needed to wrestle. This program is an instructor led program that runs for 10 weeks. It will be clinic style based with the opportunity to be coached by the instructors in real matches.  

Dates: Mondays & Wednesdays, December 9, 2024 - February 12, 2025 (Excluding Christmas and New Years Day)
Time: K - 2nd Grade, 5:30 - 6:30 PM
          3rd - 5th Grade, 6:35 - 7:35 PM
Location: Myrmidon Training Systems (148 S Waverly Rd, Holland, MI 49423)
Fee: $50 Resident  |  $65 Non-Res by 11/4/24
        $60 Resident | $75 Non-Res by 12/2/24
       $70 Resident  |  $85 Non-Res after 12/2/24; pending availability 

Summer Sand Wrestling Clinic
Learn the proper techniques and skills needed to wrestle. Sand wrestling gives participants the opportunity to learn wrestling on a soft surface while enjoying the outdoors. This is an instructor-led program.
