The Summer Concert Series at Kollen Park is offered annually by Holland Parks & Recreation. These free Summer Concerts are one of the most popular spots to be on Friday evenings in the summer in Holland. From 6:30 - 8:30pm, the waterfront park comes alive with music and dancing. The community is invited to bring their lawn chairs, blankets and enjoy the sounds of summer.
By attending the Summer Concert Series as a food vendor, you have the chance to showcase your business to hundreds of visitors and local families. From form submissions, Holland Parks & Recreation will be creating a "food truck line-up" featuring only one food vendor on each concert date.
The Summer Concert Series will held every Friday from June 13 through August 15 (expect Friday, July 4). Concerts begin promptly at 6:30pm and conclude at 8:30pm. All vendors will need to be set-up no later than 5:30pm, and will not be able to leave the property prior to 9:00pm to ensure pedestrian safety.
Food vendors must be entirely self-sufficient. Standard electrical hook-up is available, but a generator is recommended. Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary materials and staff for your services.
If selected, food vendors will be required to provide the following documentation to sell at the Summer Concert Series:
1) City of Holland Food Vendor Permit (we can help acquire if you do not already hold a permit)
2) A Certificate of General Liability Insurance, which states, "The City of Holland, its officers, agents and employees are named as additional insureds. Subrogation against the City is waived, and its officials agents and employees." must be submitted with the agreement. The minimum amount is $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.
3) STFU Certificate or Proof of Food Service License
4) High Quality Logo File

Spots will be filled on a rolling basis, so we recommend filling the form out ASAP, for highest likelihood of reserving a spot. Holland Parks & Recreation staff will be reviewing submissions and will contact you to confirm your date if chosen and confirm additional details.
