Coaches, click the button below to complete the mandatory concussion training prior to the start of the season. This training is required by law and will take approximately 30 minutes. The certification is good for three years, so if you've completed the training previously we just need a copy of your certificate on file. Please email your completion certificate to a.demaar@cityofholland.com.
